I have also not worn breeches in a very, very ,very long time. My horse the beautiful and amazing horse I had passed 2 and a half years ago now. I have not been on a horse since.
At first it was because I would have been too sad. Then it was because I was angry and I didn't want to ride another horse. Then it became about being too busy and my ex didn't want me around horses, and then it was nursing school...

I am not sad anymore, I am not angry (but I still don't think there is a better horse out there), and I am not married to the hate horses guy anymore. I am still in Nursing school and ridiculously busy and broke, but in two weeks.. I am RIDING!!!!

I am going to get on a friends horse ( a horse I know pretty well) and I am going to ride. Probably will ride western, since I don't really want to put breeches back on quite yet, but the big point.. this girl is literally going to get back on the horse.

I am pretty excited and quite frankly, a little scare and nervous. I haven't ridden in awhile and I hope it comes back fairly quickly. My good horsey friends have been at me to ride, and I finally said yes when I filed for divorce. It has taken me another two months to get up the real courage and time to go, so I am going riding again. I am learning that I need to take care of myself in ways that feed my happiness and lower my stress. The barn, horses and riding do that for me. I have been away to long

I really do have to start shrinking the size of my breeches... so I may have to start posting more regularly.

I now have access to TWO free gyms.. one in my complex, and one two blocks away at my school. I have run out of excuses. I will also have to walk the Basset now at least a couple times a day since we are apartment dwellers and country dwellers no more.

I have been scoping out the parks and I have found a couple good ones for morning walks and an arboretum for afternoon walks and study place for nice days with the pup.

I will post how the ride goes and maybe a couple healthy eating options.. but this coming weekend.. I am bound for Minnesota! It is family and friends time, and I am going to hit that fair!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-76781753602551270022011-01-09T11:52:00.000-08:002011-01-09T11:57:13.058-08:00Decisions, Decisions

So after talking it over at length with my sister, we have decided to give Weight Watchers a go.

We will start when I return from the out of town wedding we are attending in Maui and can really focus.

From now until then, I will continue practicing new habits. The first one was increasing my water intake, which I have been doing every day. I have added lemon and mint, cucumber and mint and today it will be lemon and ginger.

Those combinations work for me.. anyone else have some good combinations? My new habit is eating breakfast.. UGHHHH again... I have done this before and it is the HARDEST one for me.

Speaking of which.. I must go and prepare my healthy breakfast of Dannon light and fit yogurt, homemade granola, and a banana.. so far, it is what I can tolerate.

Anyone else have breakfast ideas???Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-8886211037526253312011-01-05T09:58:00.000-08:002011-01-05T09:58:26.470-08:00Basset UpdateI went to visit Hurley yesterday with the hubby. He is doing fairly well so far, and this morning the doc called and said he can stand and has voluntary movement in both back legs. This is excellent news. Although he is not "correcting" yet, the vet said not to worry, he is progressing normally and is doing exactly as they would want him to and expect him to.

Because of his cuteness factor

r, the vet also told me that he is getting a massive amount of attention. He laughed and said that every time he walks by Hurley's enclosure, there is a tech in with him loving on him. That makes me happy and they said we can bring his stuffed animals and rope toy in for him. We hope to have him home by Friday, as long as he is going potty by himself and standing and walking with help, that may just happen.

Mcgyver has built him an enclosure in the living room and I will take some pics of that later today. It will be a long recovery, but we are very optimistic.

The incision is pretty long, and it was a little bit of a shock to see him all shaved with all the staples, but he seems to be comfortable.. of course he had the pain patch on still yesterday.

Today, he is on all oral meds and is doing well. I will be visiting today after class, and will take a couple more pics. I hope he will be a bit more happy today than he was yesterday.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-89829702171471698792011-01-03T20:45:00.001-08:002011-01-03T20:49:07.784-08:00Drinking water is good, but broken Basset Hounds are notI started out Monday with water, and I did drink a good amount last night, however, I did not finish all of the water today.

Our Basset hound herniated a disk yesterday and is in surgery right now. I will post later in the week about weight stuff and an update.

Drink that water!!!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-11929099845801199952010-12-30T14:01:00.000-08:002010-12-30T14:01:13.731-08:00RestartHere is to restarting and change.

The end of a year always does that.. so this time.. SMALL changes will hopefully bring me to the goal of shrinking the size of my Britches!!!

First Challenge to start on Monday (Notice not on the 1st????)

I will drink one glass of water before I have my morning coffee.. 8 oz at least and will consume at least 8 of these glasses or 64oz of water a day.

Anyone else start out with Coffee and Not drink enough water?

This first habit will be what I practice every day. I will add one new small change each week, until I get to where I want to be. Look for some great ways to jazz up water next week.. I will post some great ideas that won't detract from actually drinking water... for me.. I used to think Iced Tea counted... ummmm NO it does not... so... I will get on the research and post some fun things to do with water to make it possible to drink that much when I really don't want to drink 8 glasses a day.. ughhh.

Happy New Years!!!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-35267319810460465252010-02-09T08:00:00.000-08:002010-02-09T08:00:17.401-08:00Grunt work takes off poundsI have been lacking in posting lately.. mostly because we have been working so hard around the barn to get the horse home. I have fallen off of the food wagon several times and I really need to focus on the nutritional part again.. I am pretty lazy when it comes to planning healthy meals.. Nothing is a habit yet for me.. and that starts the cycle over again.. forget, make bad choices, feel bad, make another bad choice because I feel like it doesn't matter, get over it, eat well for a day, then forget, make bad choices.. etc....

On the exercise front.. same thing applies except that every weekend, I am more active than I have been in the past year..

My shoulders are still sore from pounding in T-Posts and from raking sand.

I have carried more lumber than I care to admit, and I have been walking from the house to the barn at least twenty times every Saturday and Sunday... that has to help.

This coming weekend is when the horse comes home.. and here are a few pictures of what I have been physically working on:
I was really kind of down about it.. but when I put in the calories and I was completely hones about my choices.. I found out.. that I really didn't do too badly. I was over my calories by 300, but really.. before tracking and before caring.. I would have easily been over like 1000 calories. I can eat like nobody's business.. especially at night.. so I had to examine what was happening when I over ate...

I was bored.. I ate dinner late.. and my dinner was really good.. Salmon, corn and potato.. with light sour cream... and then I had a ding dong.. ugghh.. and some microwave 100 calorie popcorn.. and an apple.. so I realized.. I sit on the couch and mindlessly eat while watching tv..

We watched American Idol.

I am not a huge fan of this show, by my youngest is.. and so I spent the evening with him, as he critiqued each one.. if anyone watched the second day of Atlanta last night.. all I can say is..

Pants on the Ground.... LMAO! What a charmer that guy was.. and I think Simon is right.. it just might be a hit.

The plan today is to go to the class at the gym.. I think it is PIYO.. pilates and yoga fusion.. that should be interesting.. and I love love love what Pilates does for Riders.. Talk about core balance and independent seat.. Pilates will help you get it.

I will have to share soon about Beth Glosten.. that reminds me.. I need to email one of the gals and see if there is a clinic coming soon.. she clinics.. right down the street from me now.. WOW!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-12911052292360667552010-01-12T14:01:00.000-08:002010-01-12T14:01:51.176-08:00Zumba... Wow!

I think I am in exercise love.. Is there such a thing?

I love to dance, but I think I look like an idiot dancing.. because I am too fat to be graceful.

However... today I discovered that I still Love to dance.. and dancing is really, really good exercise.. especially when you do it non-stop for 45 minutes!

Zumba is kind of interesting.. it is a cardio class that masks itself with really good Latin, Hip Hop and R&B music that you can't help but feel some energy around.

It was harder than I thought it would be, but I managed to participate in 90% of the moves.. some of them I have to work up my stamina to complete the whole sequence.

The cool thing is that this class is offered every Tuesday on my lunch hour at the gym around the corner from work. I have absolutely no excuse not to do it.

The class was full and fun and I was a bit intimidated when I first got there as the women participating were all thin and in much better shape than I was.. but I recieved no dirty looks, and no one seemed to be pointing or laughing at me, so I will go back.. every week.. it is the most fun I have EVER had in a cardio class..

One person summed it up perfectly for me in the class... She said..."Where else can you go and DANCE on your lunch hour and call it exercise?".. Perfect..

I am now two days this week for Breakfast, healthy lunch and Gym..Yesterday I did the Treadmill (I even Ran for about 3 minutes total...OMG) and upper body circuit machines for 20 minutes.. and today I did a Zumba Class..
I am feeling.. well pretty darn good.. and.. the crazy thing is.. I am even <gasp> feeling a little motivated to continue.... </gasp>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-83682282068523767602010-01-12T09:57:00.000-08:002010-01-12T09:57:06.653-08:00Spark PeopleI want to just talk about this website for a few minutes.

I love it. I love it because it has a few key things for me that I like, and because it is FREE. Most Weight loss sites have a cost associated with them. This one does not.

What I like most about this site... it has a nutrition tracker and Exercise routines that show you how to complete the exercise.. and you can print them, save them, and view them all for free.

There are message boards, challenges, and teams you can join.. including horse related ones!

Check it out.. here is the link to Sparkpeople.com

Has anyone else used this site? Are you on there daily? I used to be, and have just gone back to it...

The food tracking feature is my favorite. At the end of the day, it gives you a nutritional anaylisis of how you did that day based on what you are tracking.
The daily nutrition report is one of my favorite things I have found. It can really help to keep you on track with food.. it tells you where you met your goals, where you exceeded in places and what you need to work on.. for me.. folate is something I lacked yesterday and I went way over in Sodium and Fat.. This helps you adjust in better time, then looking back over a week of choices..

Thoughts? Anyone use something different? Better?

Happy Tuesday.. Today I am trying Zumba.. and I have no idea what it is.. but it is included in my membership and I thought I would give it a try. I will report back on it after I have gone to the class today.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-70037387497796227612010-01-11T10:29:00.000-08:002010-01-11T15:41:50.403-08:00Next StepsI am pretty happy with myself at the moment.

I have my water here, I packed my clothes to go to the gym at lunch, I packed a healthy lunch for today and I ate breakfast.

I got some exercise over the weekend working on the barn, but yesterday I made some poooooor choices.. like snacking all day and lying around.

Today is a new day.. Monday and I am back on track.

I have a gym membership that I have not used in over 6 months.. any one else in that boat with me?

January is always crowded when most people.. including myself.. decide to get back at it. This year, I turn 40. I have been seeing quite a few blog posts out there about 40 things people are going to do because they are turning 40 this year. I am still thinking about the 40 things I would want to accomplish this year and if I can get it together this week, I may post those here, since most of the 40 things have to do with shrinking the size of my breeches and well, breeches in general.

One of those things is taking a trip up to British Columbia. Living in Washington State, it is not a far drive to Langley B.C. My best friend lives in B.C. as well, so we take trips up there as often as possible.

I am planning on buying a couple pairs of britches there.. why? Well.. the Equestrian Factory Outlet is opening next month in Langley B.C.!!!!!

You can check them out at their Website.. Equestrian Outlet.

Their website is not very informative, but We saw an ad in Flying Changes magazine this month for the Langley store! Basically, they carry a large selection of European brands and they are up to 75% off!

I also found out that Kerrits has their annual sale in Oregon in December. I will also be doing a trek there this year.

I have many dreams and or goals this year that I would like to accomplish. I tend to dream big.. and now I need to put the work in to accomplish some of those things.

For me.. the biggest project I have for this year is my health. Weight, stopping smoking, and getting fit are all my number one priorities for myself this year.

So I will report on the end of the day, what I accomplished. Happy Monday everyone!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-88523279080767204712010-01-08T10:55:00.000-08:002010-01-08T10:55:21.091-08:00SetbacksEveryone has them correct?

The question I end up asking myself is.. What am I going to do to overcome them.

Here are my current "setbacks"

I missed breakfast three days in a row.. but I did have a Luna bar this morning.
(I stalked up on those for my desk at work.. it helps to have something here when I forget)

I ate fast food twice this week for lunch.. Same reason.. I forgot (didn't plan) my lunch and so I skulked off to Burger King

I have not done Wii Fit or my Sports active at all this week.

I have absolutely NO excuse.. except that I was gone at night two nights and the other two.. yep.. back on the couch, being exhausted...

So.. It is Friday.. and I am going to be doing housework this evening so I can work on the barn this weekend.. which means... that I will be getting some excersize outside, building and lifting and walking back and forth from the house to the barn.. and on Sunday afternoon, I will be planning out the week and I think I am going to see if I can find a few fun things to help me remember my lunches and breakfasts next week.

It is also time to implement the next phase of my plan.. Consistent Exercise.

I will be posting on my plan for that this weekend...
What are your setbacks and how do you over come them? I need all the help I can get!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-62285995848858360342010-01-07T10:28:00.000-08:002010-01-07T10:28:05.545-08:00Sassy water?Along with countless others, I have tried multiple "diet plans".

The Atkins, South Beach, Weight Watchers, Grapefruit, and more recently the Belly Fat Diet.

The experts all say.. Diets don't work.. Making lifestyle changes work. Hmmmm but what if my lifestyle wants to include cheeseburgers, macaroni and cheese, ding dongs and mayo?

Again.. it is all about choices right?

The other parts of my plan that I really struggle with is the Water part. I start out all good, drinking lots of water, and hitting the bathroom like 47 times a day, and then I forget.. I forget to pack my bottle, I forget to drink water and start drinking tea or coffee more instead... so what to do?

If I make the Sassy water, I am more likely to drink it. Why? Two reasons... it tastes WAAAAY better than regular water and If I take the time to make it.. I am much more likely to remember to pack it with me and drink it.

It is difficult for me to take a regular pitcher of water to work with me.. so I am going to experiment with a couple of ideas this coming weekend on ways to transport and drink your water at work..

The original recipe comes from the Flat Belly Diet Book.. and I have a copy. I also have seen the recipe on bunches of internet sites, so I feel okay sharing it here.. since I am giving you MY version.. how I make it.

Here goes.

I take a 1 gallon Container (I have a pitcher that is that size)
I put in the following:

1 english Cucumber that I slice up
1 Large Lemon, sliced
I take about a knuckle sized piece of Ginger and I slice that up (You can do more or less)
and then I add about 4 springs of fresh mint that I rinse off.

I fill it up about 3/4 of the way with water and I top mine off with Ice.

I put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours (I make a pitcher at night and in the morning)..

I reuse my concoction for the sassy water. Not sure if this is right or not.. but this stuff can get expensive twice a day.. so The pitcher I make up at night.. I strain into a container for drinking and I just add water to the pitcher to reuse the mint, ginger, lemon and cuke again.

The flat belly diet recommends that you do this as part of their "4 day jump start". I plan on drinking this stuff at least a few days a week, to get my water habit going.

Let me know if you try it and what you think...Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-78248365842818167752009-12-30T12:15:00.000-08:002009-12-30T12:15:32.191-08:00Breakfast.. the next step.Okay.. so I said the next installment would be all about Breakfast..
Ahhh Breakfast. My least favorite meal of the day, and the most important meal of the day according to those pesky nutritionists and experts..

I have managed to eat breakfast two days in a row now.. This is a good start for me.

For me.. Breakfast has to be EASY.. and it has to taste good.

I tend to be lazy in the morning and I am usually running behind. I still have not made the effort to get things ready the night before, which I know is what is suggested by most people, and some even practice this lovely skill of organization. Part of the reason I am fat, is because I am lazy.

So step one is just getting out the door with something to eat that fits my healthy eating criteria... around 250 to 300 calories, is quick and easy and tastes good.

I will give you my favorite that I have eaten in the past and ate yesterday.

It is an Orowheat double fiber English muffin with peanut butter and a Christmas orange ( Clementine)
The muffin is 110 calories, the Peanut butter is 190 calories and the orange is 40 calories.
I know this brings the total up to 340, but if you used better peanut butter than I did, it would take it down a notch. I used Skippy full fat Creamy.. hmmmm..

The other Breakfast I had, today, I liked as well.
This consisted of 1 cup of Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt with a half of a cup of Kashi Go lean Crunch Cereal and one of those Christmas oranges.
My calories on this Breakfast were closer to where I wanted to be
310.. and I don't think it is going to keep me as full as long.

So for some other LOW cal and really easy and really tasty Breakfast ideas??

Smoothies.. Not sure how these will work out, but I have them on the menu for all next week.. with some Soy milk and Protein powder. I will let you know how those go.

Make ahead Breakfast Muffins - These are also on the menu for next week.. I will post the recipes of the two I choose to make

Low Fat, Low Cal Egg Mc Muffin Subs.. Ohhhh these could be dangerous.. but they do fall within the calories when using Egg Subsitute, Canadian Bacon or Turkey Sausage, and Non Fat Sliced Cheese.. I will post the verdict after sourcing the ingredients.

Yogurt and Kashi.. I do like this

Another one I may Try is A recipe I found HERE

Scrambled Egg Wrapper

2 eggs - discard one of the yolks OR store for later use

salt & pepper (as desired)

1/2 slice of Mozzarella cheese (60 calories per slice)

1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms

1 slice of crumbled microwaved bacon

1 flour tortilla (80 calories)

butter flavored cooking spray (or your favorite variety)

Begin by cooking tortilla in pan on stove using cooking spray. Cook tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side so that it remains easy to roll. Remove. Add eggs, salt, pepper and mushrooms to the pan that you have whisked together. Cook until eggs are set, then remove and place on one end of the tortilla. Crumble on bacon, then top with cheese; roll up burrito style.

Serves one for about 230 calories.

So there are some ideas that I am going to try in the next week. BABY STEPS right? The next installment will be on the challenges of Hydration and drinking the recommended amounts of water.. as I dislike drinking large amounts of plain blahhh water.. so I have an idea I will share with you. It is called Sassy Water! I am a sassy person, so Sassy Water it is!

It is time to eat snack and lunch now.. that is a Whole other post!

Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-23310246483015717282009-12-29T08:45:00.000-08:002009-12-29T08:45:20.908-08:00Step one.. plan for my successThe first step I have decided to take is to make a plan.

Making a plan for me is one way I hope to ensure success.

So I am getting honest with myself and making a plan to tackle my challenge areas.

I love to eat. I know that it is the single biggest issue for me... FOOD! I love food. I love cheesy, starchy, fatty food. I am not a big sweets eater, but I love me some bread and cheese and some nasty fatty bacon cheeseburgers.

I also love salad, with good dressing.. of course.. and I love veggies. I love fruit, and I love whole grains.. sooo part of my plan is to look at all of the foods I love to eat and figure out how I can make them a part of my lifestyle without sacrificing being healthy.

There are a million weight loss "plans" out there. South Beach, Weight Watchers, Biggest Loser, Atkins, Grapefruit diet, Belly Fat diet.. but they all have one thing in common...

Consume less calories in a day, and less fat in a day and exercise to lose the weight.

There are also a gazillion tools out there. I like SparkPeople the best.. why? It is Free, and you can track everything. It has meal plans available, exercise plans, message boards, blogs, articles and recipes. I will be using Spark People to track everything, but I am going to use my own meal plans based on a variety of information I have gathered from books, the internet, and common sense.

Changing how I eat, is one part, but I want to make sure that I can follow this lifestyle from now on.. forever.. and that is a long time. So I don't want to completely cut out cheese, bread, pasta, or chocolate.. just shift the types and make better portion control choices.

Click HERE for the my pyramid portion sizes that we Should be eating.. it is an eye opener!

My biggest challenge with eating healthy and losing weight.. is how I eat throughout the day. I am NOT a breakfast eater. It is very difficult for me to think of food in the morning. I also notice that when I eat breakfast, I become hungry faster and that of course leads to poor food choices.. when I am not prepared..so I am getting prepared. Eating small meals throughout the day is the mantra of most fitness and health experts.. protein, healthy carbs and low fat are the way to go, 5 to 6 times a day.. hmmmm so What does that look like? Well, I am are aiming for 1500 calories a day to start and that would be ideal to spread out over 5 to 6 meals a day.

I am not really a grazer by nature. I am more of a stuff my face a couple times a day..and then feel like crap.

The first step to my plan is to decide how many meals I will eat a day, and what those meals will look like.

Here is the first phase of my plan:

Breakfast.. 200 to 250 calories Eat by 9:00 AM every day.. no matter what.. NON negotiable

Snack: 200 Calories Between 11am and noon

Lunch: 350 Calories Between 1 and 3pm

Dinner: 400 Calories Between 6 and 7pm

Snack: 200 Calories Between 8 and 9pm

This is what works for me.. It may not work for anyone else.. but this is what is realistic for me. It gives me a buffer of 150 calories a day.

So The next installment will be all about Breakfast.. including some 250 calorie choices.

I am now off to eat that breakfast.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06867598193182101043noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8943081656611636651.post-45988950075032366552009-12-28T12:58:00.000-08:002009-12-28T15:11:12.823-08:00First PostWelcome to my weight loss/exercise/nutrition blog. This is the first post.. and read on if you would like to join in or find out how I am planning on accomplishing my goals!

I do have another Blog.. and if you like horses, dogs, familys and such, you can check it out HERE.. but I figured I would put all of my "getting healthy" posts over here. This blog is all about my journey to finally getting rid of the Fat and becoming a bit more FABULOUS in my britches!

Women and Weight loss have had a very volatile relationship from the creation of the world really. Kind of like my relationship with bread, cheese, Big Macs, Chocolate, and Macaroni and Cheese. Macaroni and Cheese is my nemesis.. and there will be more on that in the first nutrition post.

I could write that I just want to get fit, and healthy and be all Politically correct, and love my shape.. but really, who am I kidding? I want to look hot. I want to be a 40 year old HOT chick. I want to be able to wear a REAL bathing suit. The kind that comes with ..<gasp> TWO pieces.</gasp>

But really, my true motivation for this.. is my horse. He is tired of carrying my fat ass around and I am tired of the extra effort it takes for me to balance and ride. I would love to look good in my britches.. and seriously, that is what it is all about for me.. looking good in my britches and boots and in my saddle..Now.. before I go any farther. There are people who are heavy that are very good riders and look good in their britches. I am not one of those lucky <strike>bit. </strike> wonderful people. I have much better balance when I am fit and thin, and right now, I look atrocius in britches.... Uggghh I can't believe I am showing this picture.. . but here goes...

This is at a Morgan Show.. our first training level test.. It just makes me shudder...

So to accomplish this.. I will need a plan.. a solid plan.. That will include exercise and nutrition.. eeeeeeeek...
I love certain kinds of exercise.. but I hate the kind that actually requires time and effort.. and I am going to have to just get over that.

Does anyone watch the Biggest loser? Does anyone watch it like I have in the past? In my recliner, with a bowl of buttered popcorn, a coke, some Ferraro Roche and a couple of oranges???

<crickets></crickets>

Oh.. well Okay.. I am not going to watch it that way anymore.. NOPE.. I am not. The new season starts on January 5th, and I have decided, that will be my official start date as well. That is the date I am starting this adventure with exercise and nutrition. I want to make sure that I plan and prepare and actually have a plan.. so the next post will be just that.. how to have a plan. Because come January 5th, I am going to start saying goodbye to couch potato girl and hello to fabulous fit Dressage Queen!

These are a couple of my inspiration photos I found online.. One is Dressage based, and the other is just britches in general.

So these are my inspiration photos The goal is that by September of next year.. that is what I look like in britches!.. and next post will be the plan.. stay tuned for more!
